Founding membership is $600. Additional pricing tiers may be available in the future.

Your membership is what allows you to buy tickets to events. Each member will be allowed to purchase one ticket at member pricing, and an additional ticket at guest pricing. If you are a couple and planning to attend just the two of you, one membership will suffice. If you want to have the option to bring another couple as guests, then you would need two memberships.

We're looking for people who love to eat, love being around others who share that passion, and appreciate the joy of communal experiences around the table. We won't accept anyone who disrespects front of house staff, devalues the immigrant communities that are key to restaurants, or is generally rude or unpleasant.

Member pricing varies based on what the event actually costs to create, and events are never marked up.

Lower-cost events (like a casual dinner at an amazing neighborhood spot) might be fully included with membership or just require gratuity.

Premium events (like a private dinner at a great restaurant) might be 30-50% off the actual cost.

Exceptional events (like a Michelin-starred buyout with sommelier pairings) will be closer to full cost—but still never marked up. You're paying what it costs us to make it happen.

Think of membership as guaranteed access. Some experiences are included, others you opt into at cost or at a discount. I’ll never upcharge—if an event costs $150 per person to produce, that's the most you would pay.

Everything. When you buy a ticket, the price includes food, drink, tax, and gratuity. You show up, enjoy the experience, and leave. There's no additional spend needed at events.

I’ll announce events with enough lead time for you to plan—typically 3-4 weeks minimum. For really special events, you may get even more notice.

Founding members will get early access to tickets 48 hours before future members permanently giving you first crack at limited-capacity events.

Guest tickets can be purchased for any event where you have a member ticket. You can bring different guests to different events—no need to designate one person as "your guest" for the year.

Guest tickets are purchased at the same time as your member ticket when you register for an event.

Event tickets are non-refundable, but I understand life happens. If you give me enough advance notice and I’m able to resell your spot, I will refund you. The earlier you let me know, the better chance I can fill your seat.

It varies. Some events will be intimate gatherings—maybe 10-12 people around a chef's counter. Others might feel like a larger dinner party with 30-40 people.

The size will always match the experience. A whisky tasting with a master distiller? Intimate. A progressive meal through Lincoln Square's best Thai spots? We can bring more people along.

I've spent decades building relationships in the food world—12 years here in Chicago, plus my time running national food and beverage partnerships for DinnerLab and founding Single Malt Social before the pandemic.

Those connections, plus a genuine love of bringing people together around great food, mean I can create experiences that otherwise wouldn't exist. Private access to sold-out restaurants, off-menu tastings with chefs, and curated progressive meals across neighborhoods—these are the kinds of things I live for, and now I get to share them with all of you!

Founding members (the first 100 to join) receive:

• Founding member status: Recognition as someone who helped build this from the ground up.

• Early ticket access: Register for events 48 hours before future members.

• Exclusive annual event: One founding members-only gathering per year, fully included.

• Direct access without application: Future members will need to apply; you get in by invitation.

• 10% off membership for life: There may be other tiers of membership or price changes in the future, but founding members get 10% off memberships forever.
