Thattu is the only restaurant in Chicago focused on the food of Kerala, a state in the southwest of India. After a few popups, Thattu was named a Best New Restuarant by Infatuation in 2023. Twice a year Chef Margaret Pak serves a Keralan harvest feast, but this year they’re adding one more just for us!
